AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and BossGalla ("we", “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and participation in our creator network, community platforms, websites, content distribution systems, and any related media channels (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or participating in the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE PLATFORM.
Additional guidelines, community rules, campaign instructions, or placement policies may be published from time to time and are expressly incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
The Platform is intended exclusively for creators, brands, and collaborators seeking community-driven exposure, content placements, and structured promotional participation.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise stated, all systems, frameworks, placement structures, branding assets, written content, designs, and distribution methodologies made available through the Platform are proprietary to us or licensed for our use.
You may not reproduce, resell, duplicate, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform, including its creator network structures or content placement systems, without explicit written authorization.
USER REPRESENTATIONS
By participating in the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are a creator, brand, or authorized representative acting in good faith
- All information you provide is accurate and current
- You understand that placements involve exposure, not guaranteed outcomes
- You will comply with all community rules and campaign instructions
- You will not misuse, abuse, or manipulate the network or its members
- Your participation will not violate any applicable law or platform policy
CREATOR ACCESS & PARTICIPATION
Access to creator circles, content placements, campaigns, or private communities may be limited, moderated, or revoked at our discretion to protect the integrity of the network.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
Certain services, campaigns, or creator access tiers may require payment. All payments grant participation or placement access only and do not represent ownership, equity, or guaranteed performance.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not use the Platform to:
- Exploit or spam community members
- Misrepresent engagement, reach, or creator status
- Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer platform systems
- Disrupt campaigns or community operations
- Engage in illegal, deceptive, or harmful conduct
DISCLAIMER
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. PARTICIPATION IN THE CREATOR NETWORK IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING REACH, VISIBILITY, OR PERFORMANCE.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PLATFORM OR CREATOR NETWORK.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or losses arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding participation in the Platform. Any unenforceable provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
