- Before access: Refunds within 24 hours if nothing has started.
- Duplicate payment: Fully refundable.
- Service not delivered: Refund or correction may apply.
After Access or Work Starts
Once access or coordination begins, payments are generally non-refundable due to committed network resources.
Content Placements
Placements are exposure-based and delivered during active promotion windows. Performance is not guaranteed.
Cancellations
Cancellations may stop future work, but completed or committed work remains billable.
