BossGalla provides access-based creator services including community participation, campaign coordination, and Content Placements distributed across curated creator-led channels. Refunds depend on timing and delivery status.

Refund Eligibility

  • Before access: Refunds within 24 hours if nothing has started.
  • Duplicate payment: Fully refundable.
  • Service not delivered: Refund or correction may apply.

After Access or Work Starts

Once access or coordination begins, payments are generally non-refundable due to committed network resources.

Content Placements

Placements are exposure-based and delivered during active promotion windows. Performance is not guaranteed.

Cancellations

Cancellations may stop future work, but completed or committed work remains billable.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
