This Refund Policy explains how BossGalla handles refunds, cancellations, revisions, and billing matters across our creative studio services, websites, campaign setup, SEO infrastructure, and media-related projects.
Overview
BossGalla provides creative and digital services for creators, brands, and businesses. These services may include AI-generated visuals, creator-style edits, cinematic advertising assets, website design, e-commerce setup, campaign preparation, SEO implementation, and media coordination.
Because many services involve planning, production time, creative labor, software usage, strategy work, and project coordination, refund eligibility depends on the amount of work already completed at the time a request is made.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered where a duplicate payment was made, an accidental charge occurred, or a project has not yet entered planning, setup, production, design, or delivery stages.
If no work has started and no project resources have been allocated, BossGalla may approve a full or partial refund depending on the nature of the order and payment timing.
After Work Begins
Once project work has started, payments are generally non-refundable. Work may include onboarding, consultation, scripting, research, design preparation, editing, campaign setup, website development, SEO preparation, or media coordination activities.
Where appropriate, BossGalla may offer revisions, corrections, service adjustments, or partial credits depending on the service scope and delivery stage.
Creative Production Services
AI Visual Artist services, edits, reels, ad creatives, captions, voice work, and campaign-ready exports involve custom production work tailored to each project. Once production begins, these services are not automatically eligible for refunds.
If a delivered project materially differs from the agreed direction, reasonable revisions may be provided according to the selected package or service scope.
Websites, SEO & Campaign Services
Portfolio websites, landing pages, e-commerce stores, campaign systems, SEO setup, and media-related services often require technical setup, planning, creative direction, and external coordination. These services become billable once work has started.
BossGalla does not guarantee specific advertising outcomes, business results, search rankings, audience performance, traffic levels, or media responses. Our role is to provide professional creative execution, brand infrastructure, and online presence support.
Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation before project completion. Cancellation may stop future work, however completed work, committed production time, setup work, strategy preparation, design labor, or coordination already performed may remain billable.
Ongoing services may be subject to active billing cycles, service agreements, or package-specific cancellation terms.
Duplicate Payments
Duplicate or clearly accidental payments may qualify for review and correction. Please include payment details, order information, and the email used during checkout when contacting support.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method. Processing speed depends on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or checkout platform involved in the transaction.
In many cases, approved refunds may take between five and ten business days to appear depending on the provider.
